Graduate of Civil Engineering (Licensed)
Updated PRC ID
Previous experience in Quantity Surveying for Housing Development Projects
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze bid requirements in detail before preparing cost estimates.
Coordinate with the Procurement Engineer and Purchasing Team to use current and accurate market prices.
Perform precise quantity take-offs from bid drawings and plans.
Prepare and submit bid queries to clients, ensuring all uncertainties or concerns are clarified.
Collaborate with other estimators (architectural, civil/structural, MEPF, fire protection, sanitary, plumbing) to ensure all scope items are covered.
Sign an Accountability Form after bid submission to confirm the scope or area of work estimated.
