Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
With at least 3–5 years of experience in housing development projects
Willing to work in both Quezon City (Head Office) and Rizal (Project Site)
Can start immediately
Job Responsibilities:
In charge of selling and presenting housing development properties to potential clients
Contact and coordinate with brokers and prospective buyers
Schedule and conduct property viewings and site visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
Provide accurate and updated information about the property, pricing, and payment options
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
Collaborate with the marketing and documentation team for promotional efforts and sales processing
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
