Location: BGC
Work Setup: Hybrid (6x a month onsite)
Schedule: Midshift (3PM to 12AM)
Salary: Up to 140K
We are looking for a Principal Analyst – People Analytics to join our growing team.
Qualifications:
-- Workday Reporting or/and Workday Integration experience
-- Strong analytical and reporting background
-- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-- Ability to translate business needs into actionable insights
