Job Description
Position: Legal Operation Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company
Location: BGC, Taguig
Salary Offer: Php35,000-Php43,000
Work Schedule: Graveyard Shift
Work Set Up: Work Onsite

Job Requirements:
✨Juris Doctor
✨With at least 3 years’ experience in legal operations
✨With experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreements is an advantage
✨With experience with a APTTUS or other allied tools is a plus
✨Amenable to work on graveyard shift and onsite in BGC Taguig
✨Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
✨Offer stakeholders legal assistance and services, such as creating, examining, and negotiating a range of business contracts and agreements.
✨Contract writing, redlining, playbook negotiation, key contract data abstraction, and other aspects of end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
✨Assist with legal analysis, research, and the creation of legal answers and strategies
✨Work together with cross-functional teams to make sure that pertinent rules and regulations are followed
✨Participate in the creation and application of legal procedures, policies, and best practices
✨Keep updated of changes to industry legislation and the legal environment.
✨Other task may be assigned from time to time
