✨ With at least 2 years BPO leadership experience
✨ With at least 1 year US Financial Service experience is a plus
✨ With B2C experience is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Hire and mentor staff to achieve performance targets
✨Acknowledge and reward good behavior
✨Encourage the achievement of business and client goals
✨Encourage cooperation and team building
✨Ensure that performance goals and customer satisfaction are met.
✨Uphold adherence to legal, client, and business requirements
✨Oversee and manage a team of up to 20 people.
✨Continue to exercise strong leadership while on the floor.
✨Track calls and offer coaching and feedback in real time.
