Job Description
* responsible for the achievement of sales target through effective professional sales techniques gearing towards long-term customer relationships.
* Work on developing partnership / teaming with top construction company doing vertical and horizontal constructions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of any BS Engineering / Architecture, Management or Marketing
* At least three (3) to five (5) years selling experience in Construction Industry, With previous handling of
developers & contractors. Must have portfolio of known key account & contact person
* Know how to handle existing accounts and create/open new accounts
* Willing to do full-time fieldwork; Must be a resident in NCR
* Not more than 30 years old
* No butterfly stint (2 years average length of service)
* Male or Female
OTHERS:
SALARY RANGE: P20,000 to P25,000 + Transportation allowance
WORK LOCATION: Strike anywhere in NCR
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday / 8am to 5pm
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Above average base pay, commission & incentive, retirement plan starting at 5 years tenure, HMO plan, Bonuses –
