Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Emergency Response Specialist with at least 2 years of voice-based customer support experience, preferably with background in emergency call handling or crisis response (e.g., 911 dispatch). The ideal candidate must be quick-thinking, calm under pressure, and empathetic when engaging with customers in high-stress situations. Strong communication skills and adaptability are key.

Work Setup: Onsite in BGC, Taguig

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree graduate
2+ years of inbound/outbound voice support experience
Emergency/call dispatch or crisis support background preferred
Excellent verbal English communication (C1 Versant required)
Strong listening, comprehension, and adaptive conversation skills
