Job Description
Onsite, Caloocan
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare materials needed for costing based on the requirements of the Account Executive (AE) indicated on the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
2. Assist in the preparation of the costing template
3. Prepare the formal quotation once the RFQ has a final price and file for reference once emailed to AE’s and signed by the VP of Finance.
4. Input all quotations in the Quotation Monitoring Report for tracking purposes
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)
- Good communication skills to collaborate with different internal teams
- Strong math skills, can quickly and accurately calculate fractions
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with NetSuite
