Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts
Role Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant collections experience
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel: created and maintained various collections reports.
• Experience working in a B2B Collections / Credit Control environment is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English
Job Overview:
This role adds value by actively contributing to key outcomes such as cash collections, reserves, accounts receivable (AR) DSO targets, KPIs, and SLAs, while also handling non-critical collections tasks. As part of their development, the analyst will receive mentoring and will be given opportunities to build the skills and competencies required to step into a full Collections Analyst role when needed. This approach helps mitigate the operational impact caused by attrition and delays in backfilling collector roles, enabling a smoother and faster transition with minimal disruption.
