Job Description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
 Graduate of any B. S. Engineering, Management, Or Marketing course.
 At least three (3) to five (5) years managerial experience in sales environment specifically general trade
or traditional sales within NCR.
 Must have a proven sales track record and manage a particular district/region handling similar sales team
set-up. Experience in using sales APPs whether internal or external.
 Experience from FMCG industry aside from Construction industry is okay.
 Not more than 47 years old
 Must be NCR-based
 Willing to do full-time fieldwork
 No butterfly stint (2 years average length of service)
 Knows how to drive
 Male or Female

JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Sales Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of his team towards the maximum
achievement of sales targets. He/she is also responsible for implementing sales strategies including trade sales
promotional programs, monitoring call frequency and coverage to increase the number of buying accounts,
identifying new markets to improve product sell-outs from trade channels, and supporting new product sell-outs.

SALARY RANGE: P70k to P80k
WORK LOCATION: Whole NCR
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday
