Job Description

We are seeking for a reliable and tech-savvy Point of Sales (POS) Installer to join our deployment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and testing of POS systems at various customer sites across the Philippines. This role involves fieldwork, travel, and direct client interaction, requiring a strong sense of professionalism and technical competence.

Key responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and test POS hardware and software at client locations
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensures systems are fully functional before handover
• Provide basic training to end-users on how to operate the system
• Ensure all installations meet company standards and client requirements
• Conduct system checks and maintenance visits as needed
• Document installations and submit timely service reports
• Coordinate with the technical support and project management teams
• Maintain and manage POS inventory assigned for deployment
• Travel to various locations nationwide as scheduled or assigned

Qualifications:
• At least a Vocational Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in IT fieldwork or POS system installation is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Familiarity with POS hardware (e.g., terminals, printers, scanners) and software
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and installation guides
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Physically fit and willing to travel frequently and on short notice
• Possession of a valid Driver's License is an advantage
