Job Description
He/she is responsible in the availability of mask patterns and HDD weekly date code patterns to serve NPI and production run. Involve in continuous improvement pertaining to all CAD design in order to achieve the overall company goals and targets.
Responsible in modifying date code in CAD data and uploading mask patterns that will ensure all important checkpoints are verified before releasing to Production (Artwork). Responsible in the communication of SECT tray requests to different suppliers and ensure good quality with cheaper cost. Involve in Kaizen and Development in relation to Designing activity (materials, dies and jigs, etc.)
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of CAD-related Bachelor of Science course is priority/advantage. Graduate of Technical courses can also be considered.
With at least 1-2 years working experience in the field of Design Engineering from a Semiconductor / Electronics / Manufacturing Company / Fabrication (Precision Tooling).
Experience in Thermoforming is an advantage.
Experience in Precision tools/jig design and fabrication is also an advantage.
Fresh Graduates can also be considered.
Technical Competence:
Keen/meticulous to details, observant.
Knowledgeable in any of the following software applications is an advantage: MasterCAM; DFM Center, Solidworks, Zuken Application (Drawing)
