SALARY: ₱20,000–₱23,000/month
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, onsite
LOCATIONS: Multiple branches – QC | Parañaque | Pasig
About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience and achieving our sales targets.
What you'll be doing
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate and promote our product range, ensuring customers are aware of the features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments
- Maintain the store's appearance and visual merchandising standards
- Restock and replenish shelves as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any queries or complaints
- Contribute to the achievement of individual and store sales targets
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide a personalized shopping experience
- Excellent numeracy and cash handling skills
- A friendly, helpful and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Salary:
- ₱20,000.00 Monthly
