Painter/Epoxy Floor Specialist bound to Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

Execute high-end artistic wall finishes including: Decorative textures, metallics, marble effects, murals, and custom finishes.
Apply professional-grade epoxy floor coatings: Metallic, 3D, flake, seamless, and industrial systems.
Ensure all applications meet the standards and specifications of Benjamin Moore products.
Prepare surfaces meticulously, including priming, patching, sanding, and masking.
Mix and match paints and materials as per design requirements.
Conduct onsite quality checks and perform corrections where needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with designers, supervisors, and clients to understand and implement desired finishes.
Lead and manage a small team of painters or applicators on-site when required, ensuring productivity and workmanship meet project timelines and expectations.

Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in high-end painting and epoxy floor systems.
Strong artistic sense, steady hand, and eye for detail.
Previous experience working with luxury brands or finishing materials is preferred.
Familiarity with Benjamin Moore products and application systems is a strong plus.
Ability to supervise and coordinate a team during project execution.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Ability to interpret design sketches or mockups.
Strong work ethic and attention to site cleanliness and safety.
