Job Description
Primary Function:
Responsible for analysing, establishing, updating, implementing and monitoring of machine capability and capacity, production standard rates, work methods and plant layout to ensure smooth production and work flow, enhance efficiency and maximize machine, materials and man power utilization through the use of Industrial Engineering approach and methodology such as motion time study, man machine ratio, standard work chart
Requirements:
BS Industrial Engineering Graduate or any Engineering course
At least two (2) years of work experience as Kaizen Engineer or CI engineer
Computer Literate (Excel, Microsoft word, Power point)
Knowledgeable to expert in Time and Motion study.
Knowledgeable to expert in Kaizen methodologies, Continuous Improvement , productivity improvement activities
Willing to be assigned in LISP 1, Cabuyao City, Laguna
