Job Description

- Identify root causes and address issues efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Maintain professionalism when assisting internal teams and foster positive working relationships
- Set up development environments and support website launches
- Provide technical assistance and training support to internal team members
- Solid understanding of basic computer functions
- Familiarity with web hosting environments and basic server administration tasks
- Skilled in website maintenance, backups, restorations, and email hosting
- Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, CSS, SASS, and JavaScript
- Comfortable using browser consoles and understanding common debugging terms and errors
