Job Description
Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new leads and nurture existing clients.
Perform consultative selling and lead discovery conversations to understand client needs.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing.
Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and delivery.
Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
Bachelor’s degree holder or at least 2nd year in college
At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales
Experience in B2B sales and consultative/discovery-based selling
End-to-end sales experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
