Job Description
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing set up
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent comprehension and communication skills
- Ability to understand instructions and communicate ideas and processes clearly
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the promotion and marketing of the laboratory to the external customers
- Carry out marketing and sales activities for the laboratory
- Prepares the request for quotations
- Participate in sales and marketing training and seminars to improve skills and competence in development
- Receiving customer complaints
- Responsible for all inquiries regarding business activity
- Communicate with all suppliers and customers
- Scheduling of calibration
- Initiate process improvements
