Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Developing marketing strategies to attract potential buyers through online and offline platforms.
• Negotiating deals with clients, site visit tours and facilitating documents to complete a sale.
• Advise clients about real estate market conditions, prices and investment potential of products.
• Willing to attend one time (1) Online Orientation, four times (4) Online Training and 1-2 times on-site orientation in the branches near you for the first month only.
QUALIFICATION:
• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course
• Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage, but not required
• Preferably with sales background (insurance, car, retail, etc.)
