Site Architect

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• License is an advantage but not required
• Around 3-4 years’ experience in the field of Architecture & Design
• Must have integrity, initiative, and be flexible and proactive
• Experience of interpreting and understanding local utilities rules, design codes
• Adaptable to work in fast-phased working environmental which job descriptions include but not limited to:

> Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers.
> Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials when needed. Interfaces with suppliers as required.
> Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site.
> Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.
> Provides technical guidance to Architectural staff working on the same project.
> Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
> Plan and conduct minor modifications to complete detailed drawing sets
> Monitor preparation of technical drawings
