- Fast learner and can work under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound or outbound calls
- Assist customers with concerns, inquiries, or complaints
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Maintain professionalism in every call
- Encode call details in the system
