Job Description

As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, from identifying and creating leads to successfully closing deals. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must be a college graduate, preferably with a Real Estate Management degree or any business-related course
-Knowledgeable in the real estate industry
-Has a solid sales background
-Can handle client objections
-Goal-oriented
-Keen to details and well organized
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-Proficient computer and technology skills
-Strong persuasion skills
-Flexibility to better adapt and find possible solutions to client needs
-Willing to do field work

Work Schedule: Mondays – Fridays, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: ₱ 25,000 - ₱ 35,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Develop marketing strategies to attract potential clients through online platforms
-Create digital marketing materials
-Generate leads
-Entertain prospective clients and match their requirements according to their needs
-Schedule viewings
-Accompany clients during visits and inspections of property
-Build and maintain new and existing client relationships
-Negotiate deals and proactively follow up both property owners and clients to close agreements
-Achieve or exceed sales targets
-Prepare reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecast data to share with upper management
