Job Description
• Develop original concepts for brand campaigns, TikTok content, creative photoshoots, and video productions.
• Supervise and guide the production team during photoshoots and video shoots to ensure high-quality output.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in pop culture, social media (especially TikTok), music, aesthetics, and storytelling formats.
• Work closely with the social media and strategy teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals.
• Collaborate with and monitor the progress of designers, editors, and other creatives, offering feedback and support as needed.
• Make sure deadlines are strictly followed and deliverables are met on time.
• Have strong supervisory, people management, and leadership skills in order to lead and inspire, hire, develop, and oversee their creative team.
