JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will manage multiple projects and offer the ideal candidate the opportunity to take on various responsibilities, depending on client needs. It requires someone with a keen eye for detail and consistent accuracy. S/he will communicate directly with US clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Direct Client communication and meeting various client demands
● Communicating with Amazon sellers via email or call
● Understanding all aspects of the projects including working with multiple departments,
● maintaining, monitoring, and summarizing project progress
● Effectively respond to client issues that arise through management reporting weekly and
● Monthly
● Updates internal tools like spreadsheets
● Recommending improvements to current processes
● Perform other related duties as assigned
● ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
● Good knowledge of how to use the computer and navigate the internet
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing
● Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
● Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize to quickly respond to clients and sellers
● Detail-oriented and highly organized
● Must be proficient in Excel functions and shortcuts
● Must be able to work with minimal supervision
● Must be adaptable and capable of observing frequent changes in internal and client procedures
● A background in customer service is a plus
● Able to work the graveyard shift
● Experience with third-party marketplaces (online commerce) is a plus
