Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team at a Korean coffee shop. The ideal candidate has prior experience in beverage preparation, is passionate about coffee and customer service, and is willing to work in a fast-paced environment in Taguig or BGC.
Qualifications:
►At least 6 months of barista or related café experience
►Strong communication and interpersonal skills
►Willing to work in Taguig (Market! Market! or BGC)
►Must have NBI or Police clearance (or willing to secure one)
►Can start immediately
Key Responsibilities:
►Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including Korean-style drinks
►Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and café area
►Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
►Follow standard recipes and quality standards
►Operate coffee machines and POS systems
►Assist in inventory and restocking supplies
