BIM Manager

The BIM Manager is responsible for leading the studio's strategic BIM management, focusing on improving team performance and ensuring high-quality outputs. This role emphasizes both technical excellence and the development of individual skills within the team.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and deliver comprehensive BIM onboarding, training, and refresher courses for project teams.
• Develop and implement BIM strategies and execution plans.
• Manage file setup, deadlines, and quality checks for BIM projects.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure model quality and provide troubleshooting support.
• Assist with documentation, report organization, and internal submissions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance BIM standards, automation, and guidelines.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with project teams and clients.

Skills:
• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• In-depth understanding of architectural and engineering systems, building life cycles, and relevant codes.
• Knowledge of BIM software interoperability and data exchange.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership, organizational, and management abilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Industrial Technology with a major in Drafting.
• Extensive experience in BIM and project management.
