Job Description
2. Prepare and handle the import packing list and commercial invoice in coordination with the brokerage and company's employee Chinese foreign national.
3. Arrangement of trucking services and monitoring of the release of cargo from MICP, the Port of NAIA , PEZA, up to the factory.
4. Prepare advance booking of the finished goods to Japan, US, in coordination with the brokerage and shipping
line.
5. Prepare Export documentation, processing to PEZA and Customs, and make a loading plan for submission to BOC for inspection reference.
6. Closely monitoring of incoming importation and exportation
7. Prepare LOA for company's subcontractor, process of surety bond for local and GTSB for MICP & Port of NAIA
8, Monitoring of Ledger/Liquidation for Subcontracting services for BOC & PEZA compliance.
9. Summarize of sales report and import for the preparation of EZMPR in coordination with the Accounting officer.
10. Prepare a draft of FCR/HBL/RCEP for checking and approval of the Chinese employee, and wait for the approval before sending to Japan via courier.
11. Other tasks that may be assigned.
