Job Description
Leadership and Team Management: Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Distribution and Sales: Overseeing and optimizing distribution channels to maximize sales effectiveness.
Mentoring and Training: Providing guidance, coaching, and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Target Setting and Sales Planning: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and setting realistic, achievable sales targets.
Performance Analysis: Monitoring sales performance, analyze key metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
Reporting: Preparing and presenting regular sales reports to RSM/NSM.
