Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Assisting Visitors: Receptionists welcome guests, answer their questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or area.
- Answering Phones: They handle incoming calls, transfer calls to the correct extensions, and take messages.
- Managing Mail and Deliveries: Receptionists receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Scheduling Appointments: They may schedule meetings, appointments, or manage calendars.
- Providing Information: They offer general information about the company, its services, or the local area.
- Maintaining a Professional Environment: Receptionists contribute to a positive and organized first impression of the workplace.
- Administrative Tasks: They may perform other administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, or ordering supplies.
- Maintaining Security: In some settings, they may monitor access to the building and ensure security protocols are followed.
