Job Description
-Checking and monitoring equipment/product logistics for projects and brands under the department.
-Plots weekly and daily activities of the technical team
-Responsible for project allocation monitoring
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all sales and/or technical-related activities are aligned with company goals and objectives
-Monitors Technical Support Staffs’ itineraries
-Prepares and monitors requisition of equipment/devices
-Serve as a back-end support to sales
-Submits reports on sales pipeline, orders and projects updates, ensuring that all opportunities are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
-Coordinating sales meetings and conference calls, preparing demonstration requirements and other administrative support to the team.
-Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
-Must have at least bachelor's degree of any related course
-With at least 1 year of Customer Care experience and with experience supporting for Calls, Emails and Chats
-Good call handling, good email handling, good documentation skills, with good business communication skills
-Must be willing to work in Makati City
-Can start as soon as possible
-with experience in Kitchen Equipment and supplies is an advantage
