-A certificate or diploma in Quality Assurance
-High School Certificate
-1 year of previous experience in a QA role, particularly in a CALL CENTER Environment.
-Experience in a high-volume administrative role demonstrating attention to detail and ability to go from task to task.
- IT Knowledge is advantageous.
-Strong listening and analytical skills to accurately assess call quality.
-Excellent English grammar, both written and verbal.
-Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
-Attention to detail and highly organized.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
