Job Description
To lead and manage electrical systems for building projects from concept to completion.
This role involves project coordination, client liaison, site inspections, and ensuring safety and design quality across various developments.
Job Description:
Lead the design, coordination, and integration of electrical systems for building projects, and Manage project stages from concept design to tender and construction administration.
Conduct site inspections and attend meetings to support project delivery, and collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing standards, and identify and mitigate risks related to electrical systems and site activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical engineering practices and tools, and mentor junior staff and support technical knowledge sharing across teams.
Maintain and update professional certifications and project capability records.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 8-10 years of electrical design experience, ideally in consulting/project management.
Proficient in electrical engineering software/tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
