Job Description
•The Operations Team Leader responsible for the solid overall workforce and client management and will take full ownership on supervising and motivating team members.
Must have qualifications and/or Perks for the Job (at least 3):
•Candidate should have at least 3 years of solid experience in team, performance and client management.
•An outstanding Team Leader who will be a role model to his/her direct reports.
•Experience in a BPO set up.
•Experience in Healthcare account is a must have.
•Should display deep knowledge in the principles of operations management.
•Amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong and Pasig city.
