• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Wide range understanding to construction industry that will observe work requirements such as but not limited to:
• Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs
• Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers/architects and other officials
