Job Description
HR Supervisor
(Leyte)
The Admin-HR Supervisor oversees office operations and handles core HR functions such as recruitment, training, policy implementation, and performance management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of leadership experience managing a team, unit, or division.
• Background in management or financial reporting is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and manage departmental staff
• Handle hiring, training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions
• Develop and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with DOLE policies and internal handbook guidelines
• Coordinate with accounting for budgets, payroll, and monitor office resources and events
