A Data Analyst with advanced MS Excel skills, proficient in formulas, lookup and text functions, and data validation.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any Business or IT-related course
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or report generation
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts
• Strong English communication skills and attention to detail
• Can work independently and willing to work onsite on graveyard/shift schedules
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret data using MS Excel, applying various formulas and functions
• Create and audit product listings on Amazon and Shopify
• Prepare reports in numerical and graphical formats for management use
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and identify data discrepancies
• Recommend process improvements based on findings and collaborate with relevant teams
Work Location: General Maxilom Ave, Cebu City
Salary Range: 20k to 30k
