Job Description

The role involves providing support in the sourcing, tracking, and coordination of materials and furniture for design and construction projects. The position assists in preparing material boards, maintaining a material library, and ensuring timely procurement and delivery of items through constant communication with suppliers and vendors. The candidate will also contribute to furniture selection aligned with project requirements and maintain organized documentation through material trackers and inventory logs. This role requires attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in sourcing and collecting materials for the material board (mat board).

Follow up with suppliers for quotations and material availability.

Maintain and update the material tracker.

Support in collating material samples for project presentation and approval.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of required goods.

Monitor the delivery of goods from supplier dispatch to client, ensuring prompt arrival.

Support in selecting furniture pieces that align with design specifications.

Maintain and conduct regular inventory checks of the material library to ensure organization and availability.

Perform other duties if necessary

JOB QUALIFICATION:

Educational background / Qualifications: Must be a graduate of Interior Design

Work Experience required: At least 1 years’ experience in Office Fit Out, Joineries, Commercial and Hospitality industry. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Understanding of Interior Design and Construction Processes

Able to measure the incoming project/ project plan.

Good knowledge in detailed shop drawing.

Good communication skills, both oral and written.

Knowledge of lead times, shipping documentation, and delivery tracking.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit

Able to follow up professionally and track updates effectively
Salary:
₱20,000.00 Monthly
