Job Description

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, window, centralized, and VRV/VRF systems).

Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

Perform routine maintenance and servicing of air conditioners, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and testing system performance.

Replace and repair faulty components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and fans.

Conduct system tests and adjust settings to ensure optimal performance.

Comply with company policies, safety guidelines, and environmental standards.

Maintain service records and complete job reports accurately.

Respond to emergency repair calls as needed.

Provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements when necessary.
