Job Description

Join our professional team as a Construction Telemarketing Specialist and play a pivotal role in expanding our robust portfolio of construction projects. This position is perfect for individuals with a strong sales acumen and a background in construction or related fields, who are eager to utilize their telemarketing skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients by introducing them to our services, focusing on home improvements and new constructions, primarily within designated neighborhoods.
- Utilize a provided lead list to contact homeowners, qualify potential leads through targeted questions, and assess their interest.
- Persuasively present our array of services to prospective clients to maximize engagement and interest.
- Schedule appointments effectively and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into tangible business opportunities.
- Maintain a rigorous schedule of outbound calls, targeting 250-300 calls per day.
- Achieve daily lead generation goals, aiming for at least one solid lead per day.
- Collaborate with the team and management, providing feedback and receiving insights for continuous improvement.

Work Schedule:
This position requires working on a graveyard shift to accommodate different time zones.

Ideal Candidate:
Required: Must have proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or direct sales within a B2C environment, preferably related to construction, home remodeling, roofing, or similar industries.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English are essential.

Preferred: Experience with using dialers and familiarity with CRM software are advantageous. Comfort with using WhatsApp for team communication and coordination is preferred. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively is crucial. While not mandatory, a certificate from call center seminars or training courses is highly regarded.
