Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Co-ordination, delivery and activation of projects
Co-ordination of resources required for the project
Assists in definition of new projects, including functional scope, process and system impact analysis, resource planning, financial planning, governance models
Assist in management of projects, including progress management, risk and issue management, resource tracking, financial tracking, stakeholder management and associated status reporting
Active participation on team visual management board huddles and operational excellence improvement initiatives
Assist Lead in all activities of assigned business analysts.
Assist in Planning and designing processes that can repeatedly produce high quality products and deliverables.
Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
Assist in Gathering business requirements from stakeholders and process owners.
Assists in Analyzing and documenting business requirements and functional specifications
Assist in Creating and managing business requirement documents.
Assists in Managing the change process.
Assist in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
Performs other BA/PMO related duties as dictated by the needs of one’s job and Company’s client.
Other related functions that may be assigned as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 2 years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role
Preferably a graduate of IT or related courses
Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills
