Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer concerns regarding shipping, delivery status, and order tracking.
• Provide timely and accurate information to resolve delivery issues.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
Qualifications:
• Open to fresh graduates, high school graduates (old curriculum), or ALS graduates.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
