About the role
Are you a qualified nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? Shing Hung Plastics Company Inc. is seeking an experienced company nurse to join our team in Santo Tomas City Batangas. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to our employees, ensuring their wellbeing and maintaining a safe working environment.
What you'll be doing
Providing first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed
Administering vaccinations, conducting health screenings, and managing employee health records
Developing and implementing health and safety protocols to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses
Collaborating with management to identify and address any health-related concerns within the workplace
Organising and delivering educational workshops on various health and wellness topics
Maintaining a well-stocked and organised medical facility
Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines
What we're looking for
Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees
Proactive and detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and reporting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality healthcare services
Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations preferred
