Job Description

We are looking for an Account Specialist to work on-site in Makati with occasional fieldwork, offering a salary of PHP 18,000 and a Monday to Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with at least 1 year of client servicing experience in the HMO or insurance industry, and possess a valid driver’s license. Strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills are essential. Responsibilities include providing client support and onboarding, coordinating with internal teams, organizing wellness programs and engagement activities, and driving account renewals while ensuring contract compliance.
