Research Assistant - Plant Breeder and Crop Protection

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tayug, Pangasinan for a Research Assistant - Plant Breeder and Crop Protection. The Research Assistant will be responsible for conducting research on plant breeding and crop protection, performing laboratory tasks, analyzing data, and collaborating with the research team to develop solutions for crop improvement. Daily tasks will include data collection, experimentation, and documentation of research findings to support the development of high-quality seeds and crop care products.

Qualifications:
Strong Analytical Skills and exceptional Data Analysis capabilities
Effective Communication and Research skills
Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and techniques
Bachelor's degree in Plant Science, Agriculture, Biology, or a related field
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
Previous experience in plant breeding or crop protection is a plus
