Field Sales Agent - Muntiparlas (Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Las Piñas

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

· Conduct in-person meetings with clients to understand their needs, present our products or services, and negotiate sales agreements.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.

· Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.

· Develop a deep understanding of the products or services and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.

· Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager on a regular basis.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Field Sales Agent or similar role in the sales field.

· Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
