Job Description
> Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or any related field.
> 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, preferably in cold storage or food manufacturing (ice cream or dairy experience is a plus).
> With at least 3 years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor.
> Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and food safety practices.
> Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a warehouse team effectively.
> Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
Responsibilities:
> Supervise day-to-day operations of the warehouse including receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatching of raw materials and packaging materials.
> Ensure optimal cold chain storage conditions are maintained, especially for sensitive ingredients used in ice cream production.
> Monitor material movement and accuracy of documentation (FIFO/FEFO).
> Ensure warehouse staff follow GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
> Lead inventory cycle counts and support month-end inventory reconciliation.
> Coordinate with production, QA, and procurement to align warehouse activities with production schedules.
> Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of storage areas.
> Support internal and external audits related to warehouse operations.
