Juice Barista / Cafe Staff - Parañaque

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Juice Barista with a background in cashiering to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve freshly pressed juices, wellness shots, and other beverages according to Pure Pantry’s menu.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks and light meals.
- Educate customers about the health benefits of juices and ingredients used.
- Handle cash and digital transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the juice bar area, equipment, and utensils.
- Manage inventory and restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in daily opening and closing duties of the café.

Qualifications:
● At least 1 year of experience as a Barista, Juice Maker, or in a similar food/beverage role.
● Male, with pleasing personality
● Previous experience as a Cashier or familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and guidelines.
● Excellent communication and customer service skills.
● Food safety training or certification is an advantage.
● Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Salary Range: PHP 18,000–PHP 25,000/month
