Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with channel partners through communication, joint planning, and strategic engagement.
• Provide partners with the tools, training, and resources necessary to effectively promote and sell the company's offerings.
• Co-develop and implement business plans with partners, aligning on sales objectives, marketing strategies and growth initiatives.
• Monitor partner performance against key metrics-such as revenue contribution, market penetration, and customer satisfaction-while implementing improvement actions when needed.
• Identify, assess, and onboard high-potential partners to expand and diversify the channel network.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure partner success and alignment with organizational goals.
• Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring adherence to brand, legal and programmatic standards.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or any IT- related field (minimum requirement).
• At least 2 years of experience in strategic partner engagement and relationship management.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets through channel partners, with a solid understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales strategies.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross- functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, business planning, and experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to partner needs and manage conflict resolution and negotiations with diplomacy.
