What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
Assist customers through calls, chat, or email.
Provide clear and professional responses to inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues using support tools.
Accurately document all customer interactions.
Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, and QA scores.
Qualifications:
At least 18 years old
High School (old or new curriculum) or Senior High School graduate
Good English communication skills
Basic computer and typing proficiency
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
No call center experience required
