JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will manage multiple projects and offer the ideal candidate the opportunity to take on various responsibilities, depending on client needs. It requires someone with a keen eye for detail and consistent accuracy. S/he will communicate directly with US clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
●Direct Client communication and meeting various client demands
●Communicating with Amazon sellers via email or call
●Understanding all aspects of the projects including working with multiple departments,
●maintaining, monitoring, and summarizing project progress
●Effectively respond to client issues that arise through management reporting weekly and
●Monthly
●Updates internal tools like spreadsheets
●Recommending improvements to current processes
●Perform other related duties as assigned

●ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
●Good knowledge of how to use the computer and navigate the internet
●Strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing
●Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
●Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize to quickly respond to clients and sellers
●Detail-oriented and highly organized
●Must be proficient in Excel functions and shortcuts
●Must be able to work with minimal supervision
●Must be adaptable and capable of observing frequent changes in internal and client procedures
●A background in customer service is a plus
●Able to work the graveyard shift
●Experience with third-party marketplaces (online commerce) is a plus
